Know about the supreme divine progression that makes oneself Gopal

Gopal, (means God), is infinite, therefore no soul can ever attain the full form of God in its physical form.
This is the reason why even today, even after getting the Darshan (watching direectly) of God several times, all the great sages including Vashishth, Vishwamitra, Durvasa, Kashyap, Parashar, Lomash, etc. are still trying to understand God (please click on the links of these two articles and read them as well to understand the related context better- Millions of universes in every pore, innumerable worlds in every universe

In fact God is endless, so it is not possible to find out His end. Hence, one of the names described for Goddess Radha (in the thousand names given in the Narada Purana for the couple Radha-Krishna), means the one who sets out to find Krishna every day since the infinite years and Krishna also gives her Darshan in a completely new form every day {in fact, even though the wonderful Leela (playful magical union) of Radha Krishna may have taken place on earth in the Dwapar Yug (Dwapar era), however, it has been continuously active in Golok (Krishna’s world) since infinite number of years}.
Even after attaining the “Kaivalya Mukti” (in which Kundalini Shakti awakens and meets Shiva located in the Sahastrara Chakra), which is considered to be the ultimate salvation, the journey of the soul for the quest of God does not stop, rather it reaches the advanced stage beyond the imagination of the average person but still remains endless.
God is such a thing about which the more one knows, the more he starts to realize that I have not yet known anything about God.
Same is the case with sages Vashishtha & Vishwamitra who himself gave initiation to Lord Ram in Treta Yug and spent many years with God Ram himself but that eternal & immortal sages Vashishtha & Vishwamitra still do not fully understand Lord Ram. That is why even today those sages, wandering in the infinite universes created by the God, to understand the various forms and activities of the Lord, and say only one thing, Neti, Neti (Na – Iti, Na – Iti :- this is a Sanskrit sentence which means “there is no end, there is no end”. In the Upanishads, this sentence indicates the infinity of Brahma or God) !
Here the infinite expansion of God has been explained in so much detail because one should not have the misconception that even if one gets any experience of God or the great fortune of the Darshan (watching actually) of God Himself, then he has succeeded to understand God completely.
It means that if a human being becomes successful in achieving the greatest fortune (i.e. becomes successful in getting the direct Darshan of God Himself) through his tireless hard work (whether it is in Raj Yog, Hatha Yog, Karma Yog or Bhakti Yog or in the combined practice of all the four Yoga) then he is definitely, infinitely ahead in the process of understanding God as compared to the common people, however, he still has to travel an endless journey because God is endless.
Here one more thing needs to be understood carefully that the more a soul gets to know about God, the more he starts acquiring the form of God (i.e. more he becomes like God).
That is to say in simple language that the soul himself starts becoming God !!!
Exactly in this context we are talking about such a divine process told by the supremely respected sage authorities having divine vision, which, if practiced continuously, any common human being (no matter how great a sinner or a virtuous, rich or poor, man or woman, child or old he/she is) by definitely feeling of divinity in himself, growing day by day, himself starts moving towards the process of becoming Gopal i.e. God !
As a result of which gradually all the diseases of his body are destroyed, he starts moving towards eternal youth and after that, at the appropriate time he also gets the great fortune of getting the Darshan of God, after which the reigns of his life are controlled by Gopal himself (i.e. God takes care of him).
This divine process not only ends all the diseases of the body but also definitely fulfills all the righteous worldly desires at the right time.
Therefore, this divine process is definitely like a nectar for every common human being and it takes only one hour to do it daily.
Let us tell you about this great divine process, whose name is “Svyam Bane Gopal” process-
In this whole process only 3 very easy works have to be done, which are as follows-
(1)- Whenever you wake up in the morning, as soon as you get up i.e. on the bed itself, chant these three names of Goddess Saraswati only 12 times– “Jai Maa Saraswatee Jitendriyaa Anantaa”.
By doing this, a strong, powerful invisible protective circle of Maa Saraswatee will remain around you for the whole day, which will always protect you from every problem, troubles and bad thoughts, unless you intentionally do any big blunder (please click on the link of this article to know the full benefits and method of chanting these names- It’s a sure shot solution for all diseases, wishes and problems ).
(2)- After morning walk and on empty stomach (after having a bath) practice the below mentioned Yoga {if you are habitual of drinking water or tea as soon as you wake up in the morning, then keep in mind that any Yoga Pranayama should be done only after at least one hour of drinking water and at least 3 hours after having any solid food (like lunch, dinner etc.).
First of all, you should do Kapalbhati Pranayama for 10 minutes, then do Anulom Vilom Pranayama for 10 minutes {both these Pranayama are capable of destroying rapidly the bad Sanskars (moral values) of many previous births (which are the main reason for all kinds of diseases, troubles and obstacles) accumulated in the Karmashay (karma storage organ presented invisibly in every human body), therefore Pranayams are considered no less beneficial in any way than any other forms of worship/good works}.
After this, practice 4 Yogasana (for 12 to 15 minutes), which are named– Paschimottanasan, Shalabhasan, Bhujangasan and Tadasan (even though these four Asana seem simple and easy, however, these Asana are very important for awakening of Kundalini power by slowly rejuvenating the whole body. Then after this, chant the three names mentioned above of Maa Saraswatee (“Jai Maa Saraswatee Jitendriyaa Anantaa”) 108 times for which people usually take 7 to 15 minutes.
Then after this, it is most important to practice Raj Yoga in which, sitting in a relaxed posture (it means sitting cross legged in Sukhasana i.e. sitting comfortably with the palm of the right hand on the palm of the left hand in your lap), meditate by closing the eyes that Lord Gopal (i.e. Krishna), equal to the size of your own body, is sitting inside your body !
Now assume, that due to great presence (existence) of lord Krishna inside your body, now your hands, feet, fingers, stomach, chest, head, face, eyes, hair etc. every organ is no longer of your old body, rather have become just like (equivalent to) the organs of the body of Lord Krishna, means now immediately your all body organs have converted into body organs of Krishna which are extremely beautiful, young, super strong, full of great enthusiasm, energy, ecstasy, eternal and immortal (devoid of all diseases – sorrow – fear – misfortune) etc. !
Means you have to seriously assume that, now you have completely transformed into Krishna (Now you are the one who has become Lord Krishna) ! That is, there is no difference between you and Krishna !
The complete gist of this Raj Yoga is that you have to repeatedly do this meditation (have this feeling and think) that “I am myself a Gopal” i.e. I am Krishna !
Women should similarly transform their bodies into the body of the supremely stunning Goddess Radha and small children or girls should similarly meditate on transforming their bodies into the body with same age of Bal Gopal (i.e. child form of Krishna) or Bal Radha (i.e. child form of Radha).
Initially, for a few days, you may feel discomfort, boredom etc. in meditating like this but do not get discouraged because within just 7 days, amazing improvements in your body will certainly be visible.
What kind of improvement it would be, that you will come to know in 7 days itself, but you will also have a frequent feeling of an inner happiness, freshness, enthusiasm, energy etc. day and night along with that improvement.
The most important thing in this is that there is no end to this improvement, which means that gradually you will find some new improvement happening in your body every day, which will be better than the day before.
This same process will ensure that you definitely achieve the great pleasure of direct Darshan of Lord Gopal i.e. Krishna, after which, even every event in your life will be decided by Lord Krishna Himself, the creator of infinite universes !
In fact, in this whole “Svyam Bane Gopal” (Make yourself Gopal) process, this Raj Yoga (i.e. meditation) is most important, however, to ensure that you are able to do it successfully every day, it is very much imperative that you do these Yoga Asanas and Pranayama along with chanting of names of Mother Goddess Saraswatee mentioned above, so that your mind can be cleansed properly and you can meditate nicely on transforming your body into the body of Lord Krishna.
Apart from morning meditation, whenever there is a spare time (e.g. lunch time in office/shop, while traveling in a bus or metro, working in kitchen, watching TV, sleeping in bed at night, etc.) during the day and night, one can can certainly meditate on Lord Krishna inside his body.
It is not necessary that meditation should be done only while sitting with eyes closed, rather it can definitely be done while standing or walking (e.g. while morning walk in the park) as well.
The longer the meditation is done every day, more is the benefit (Note- Meditation should never be done in such a sensitive situation that there is a risk of any harm, such as – while driving, climbing stairs, while doing any important work in your office etc.).
Practice this Raj Yoga every morning for at least 20 minutes.
(3)- Then after this, when you go to bed at night, chant again the three names of Goddess Mother Saraswati (“Jai Maa Saraswatee Jitendriyaa Anantaa”) 108 times, just before sleeping.
Precaution-
(1)- Try to stop eating non-veg food (like- meat, fish, egg etc.) immediately yourself, otherwise it is guaranteed that the chanting of these three names of Goddess Mother Saraswatee done by you for merely 40 days, will definitely force you to leave all kinds of intoxicants (e.g.- alcohol, cigarette, smoking, heroin etc.) along with non-veg food. Anyone can check it if he wants !
(2)- The second refrain is, from causing unnecessary trouble, trouble etc. to others. If you have this bad quality and you are not able to change this nature even if you want, then there is nothing to worry because it is also certain that chanting these three names of Goddess Mother Saraswatee for merely 40 days will start changing you from a selfish, angry, irritable, sad, depressed, timid or wretched person to a benevolent (means always doing good to others), cheerful, clean hearted (means devoid of all vices like deceit, jealousy, lies etc.), happy, lively, hardworking, enthusiastic, agile, courageous person ! Anyone can also try it and see it for sure.
So the above mentioned three very simple tasks are the basis of the very effective “Svyam Bane Gopal” process, by practicing which any man/woman will definitely see the beginning of great improvements in his/her body as well as his/her whole life in just 7 days !
Therefore, just once, even if for only for 7 days, everyone must try and practice it in their life because they will definitely get such a benefit in this process that it will keep on getting increased day by day.
Therefore, along with doing this great divine process yourself, tell as many other sad, troubled, sick and weak people as possible because if by your effort, even one person succeeds by doing this process, as per the rules then you will definitely get his great Punya (benefit earned due to good karma), which will give you immense happiness not only in this life but provide unending pleasure in the heaven as well (i.e. in your afterlife).
With the only desire and purpose that every human being in this world should be able to achieve his real form i.e. the Lord Gopal’s form, and with the blessings of the supremely revered saint’s grace, your very own “Svyam Bane Gopal” group was established many years ago.
When every human being has the ability to directly attain the great pleasure of becoming God himself, then why should any person compromise, to become lesser than God ?
Trying to be less than God means deliberately under-utilizing the immense mental capacity God has gifted to us human beings, which is definitely wrong.
